About This Product

Mechanical bonding with Tucker ®​​. Combines self-pierce and punch rivets in one system. The equipment for the joining system integrates three technologies into one modular system: self-pierce riveting with semi-tube rivets, self-piercing riveting with solid punch rivets, and clinch. Tucker® is the global technology leader in driving rivets, with over 1.7 billion SPR rivets sold. The Tucker® SPR machine combines two technologies in one modular system: driving riveting with semi-hollow rivets and punch rivets, for materials that are not easily welded, such as aluminum-to-aluminum, aluminum-to-steel, and high-strength steel. It can be joined with . On the unified platform architecture, all Tucker equipment across the system can be remotely monitored from a single system. With remote monitoring, predictive maintenance, and more power and features, the new Tucker driving riveting equipment powers smart factory solutions in the era of Industry 4.0. The Tucker drive riveting equipment consists of five main components.

Small, quiet, high speed rivet supply for SPR tools

■Servo/power unit

It is the heart of any SPR setup. Control your SPR tools and provide the power you need for strong bonds

Both arms support the SPR setup. Intelligent, resilient, reliable and powerful riveting tool.

■C frame

It is the backbone of the SPR setup. Sizes range from small to large, and designs range from solid rivets to Flexprop. Attach the C-frame to the SPR tools and peripherals that best suit your application.

■Peripheral equipment
