About This Product

Introducing models that can be used to further improve pop rivet/pop nut fastening efficiency, from rivet/nut supply machines to fully automated lines. Pneumatic-hydraulic or battery-powered hand tools are often used for fastening work, but if it is necessary to improve artificial fastening defects such as diagonal fastening, or due to recent circumstances, close contact should be avoided. I think each of them has their own problems, such as when a shortage of manpower is a problem due to necessity. The "POP Automation System" improves various aspects of customers' fastening operations and contributes to further productivity improvements.

Provides smooth, shock-free riveting, ideal for delicate components.

■Features

This is an automatic supply type riveting device that can fasten multiple parts at the same time. This is an example of a separate rivet supply unit in order to arrange multiple rivet tools at a small pitch. This specification is suitable for production lines with short cycle times because multiple rivets are supplied and fastened simultaneously. We design and manufacture products with durability and maintainability in mind, according to rivet size, workpiece dimensions, and other requests.

Applications: combination with robots, unmanned lines Features: The rivet supply unit and tool are integrated, and the rivet is automatically set into the tool within the same unit, so the rivet is set while being moved by various robots.
