About This Product

Introducing models that can be used to further improve pop rivet/pop nut fastening efficiency, from rivet/nut supply machines to fully automated lines. Pneumatic-hydraulic or battery-powered hand tools are often used for fastening work, but if it is necessary to improve artificial fastening defects such as diagonal fastening, or due to recent circumstances, close contact should be avoided. I think each of them has their own problems, such as when a shortage of manpower is a problem due to necessity. The "POP Automation System" improves various aspects of customers' fastening operations and contributes to further productivity improvements.

Designed for synchronous positioning of multiple blind fasteners.

■Features

The rivet tool is a pick-up type device that picks up rivets one by one at the supply position. The rivet is installed reliably and is easy to maintain, making it suitable for relatively small parts. There are no restrictions on the mounting direction, and it can be used in combination with various robots.

■Pick-up type riveting device ARS-PU

Applications: combination with robots, unmanned lines Features: When combined with various robots, it is necessary to pick up rivets one by one from the rivet supply unit to set the rivets on the tool, but it is lighter than the automatic supply type.
