About This Product

Introducing models that can be used to further improve pop rivet/pop nut fastening efficiency, from rivet/nut supply machines to fully automated lines. Pneumatic-hydraulic or battery-powered hand tools are often used for fastening work, but if it is necessary to improve artificial fastening defects such as diagonal fastening, or due to recent circumstances, close contact should be avoided. I think each of them has their own problems, such as when a shortage of manpower is a problem due to necessity. The "POP Automation System" improves various aspects of customers' fastening operations and contributes to further productivity improvements.

■RivetKwik-|| (Parts feeder type)

Custom configured rivet system for setting two or more rivets at the same time.

■Features

The rivet is automatically installed by inserting the rivet tool into the receptacle. (It has the same effect as Rivet Kwik-I.) We will design and manufacture rivet sizes that cannot be accommodated by Rivet Kwik-II according to your needs. For countersunk heads and large flanges, an optional two-stage receptacle can be used to ensure stable rivet supply without deforming the flange.

■Rivet feeder (Rivet Quick) RivetKwik-Ⅱ

Applications: For pneumatic hydraulic hand tools, supporting workers Features: When the rivet tool is inserted into the device's socket, the rivet is automatically installed, greatly improving work efficiency.
