About This Product

Introducing models that can be used to further improve pop rivet/pop nut fastening efficiency, from rivet/nut supply machines to fully automated lines. Pneumatic-hydraulic or battery-powered hand tools are often used for fastening work, but if it is necessary to improve artificial fastening defects such as diagonal fastening, or due to recent circumstances, close contact should be avoided. I think each of them has their own problems, such as when a shortage of manpower is a problem due to necessity. The "POP Automation System" improves various aspects of customers' fastening operations and contributes to further productivity improvements.

■RivetKwik-|| (kake-up style)

Lightweight and strong battery powered lock bolt installation tool

■Features

A simple jig method in which the rivet tool is held perpendicular to the workpiece and fastened. Please use it for workpieces that do not require automation and require high quality rivet fastening. It is also possible to add pilot hole insertion interlocks to the product. The dedicated rivet tool is designed with durability and maintainability in mind, making it possible to minimize line stoppages when trouble occurs.

Applications: For pneumatic hydraulic hand tools, supporting workers Features: When the rivet tool is inserted into the device's socket, the rivet is automatically installed, greatly improving work efficiency.
