About This Product

The pop nut's one-sided fastening method contributes to easier and faster assembly work and cost reduction when compared to the weld nut method, burring tap method, bolt + nut method, etc. Since it can be installed even after surface treatment and does not damage the workpiece, it can be installed during the final process of product assembly. ■Pop nut fastening processCompared to conventional methods such as the welded nut method, burring tap method, and bolt + nut method, the pop nut's one-sided fastening method allows even beginners to perform assembly work easily and quickly, contributing to cost reduction.

■How to tighten pop nuts①Press the pop nut onto the mandrel of the tool
② Rotate the mandrel in the normal direction, screw in the pop nut, and set it on the tool.
③ Insert the pop nut into the pilot hole of the workpiece.
④ Close the pop nut to the workpiece and pull the trigger of the tool to tighten the pop nut.
⑤ When tightened, the mandrel reverses and the tool comes off, completing the process.
⑥Attach the parts to the pop nut
