About This Product

Press fit from the bottom of the base material allows the knurled part to obtain high torque and high pulling force. The mounting surface is finished flat.

■Summary

・By pressing the lower neck knurling part of the KALEI standoff spacer into the base material using an existing pneumatic/hydraulic press, rotation of the spacer is prevented. - Metal flow into the groove prevents the spacer from coming off. - Since the flange is press-fitted from the back of the base material, there are no protrusions on the surface of the mounting plate, resulting in a flat finish.

■How to press-fit a standoff spacer

①Set the base material on the lower mold. ②Set the KALEI standoff spacer into the base material pilot hole. ③Use a press machine to sink the spacer flange into the base material using appropriate pressure force.
