About This Product

The spacer height can be reliably obtained by press-fitting from the top of the base material.

■Summary

・KALEI Spacer's unique under-neck shape allows it to be press-fitted into aluminum or steel base materials with a thickness of 1.0 mm or more using existing pneumatic or hydraulic presses. ・High mounting strength can be obtained. ・Since it is press-fitted from the top of the base material, the spacer height can be reliably obtained.

■How to press-fit a spacer

① Set the base material on the set die. ② Set the spacer. ③Use a press to sink the bottom of the spacer into the base material.
