Safe construction with loosening prevention function

■Single-sided constructionProducts can be fixed by working from one side like blind rivets. The nut is plastically deformed by fixing the hexagonal part and rotating the bolt. If you use a special tool (CST6-POP), hold the hexagonal part and receive the reaction force with the tool to tighten.

■Loosening prevention functionSince it is made with a special thread that is formed, the male thread (bolt side) and female screw (nut side) are tightly attached, which provides a loosening effect.

■RemovalBy making the pilot shape of the S type bolt straight, it can be removed and the mounting position can be changed after installation. In addition, the pilot hole after removal can be reused as is.

Construction characteristics

■Improving work efficiency in closed sectionsSince it can be fastened from one side, it is easy to fix square pipes and cat pieces in the factory, and to install square pipes and angles in field construction.

■No-welding constructionBy replacing welding, there is no need to worry about distortion or rust, and the finish is clean and no post-processing is required. The torque management P-LOCK special tool (CST6-POP) enables tightening even for non-skilled workers. The demand for fireless construction methods is increasing year by year, and management costs are also increasing, so it is safe to use.

■Rust prevention performance *Test results vary depending on customer specifications and conditions.①Standard surface treatment (electrogalvanizing): No red rust for 240 hours in accelerated corrosion test (salt spray test)
②High corrosion-resistant surface treatment: No red rust for 5,000 hours in accelerated corrosion test (salt spray test) *Test method is based on JIS Z2371

■Vibration resistance *This is not a product evaluation of the finished product.①Junker screw loosening test *Reference test: After 2,500 cycles, axial force retention rate is 40% or more *Test method is conducted based on ISO16130
②NAS impact vibration test *Reference test: After 30,000 cycles (approximately 17 minutes), no loosening, cracks, etc. *Test method is conducted based on NAS3350/3354 (American aviation standard)
