About This Product

■Large bearings can be installed and removed safely and easily.

This is a tool that uses hydraulic pressure to quickly and accurately assemble bearings onto tapered shafts without causing any assembly defects, safely and quickly. Since pressure can be selected from 100Mpa to 400Mpa, large bearings can be installed and removed safely and easily. This helps prevent heat generation and damage caused by over-pushing, and improves machine accuracy. The 729124 pump is suitable for use in hydraulic nuts (HMV 54E and below) mounting bearings and components where a maximum pressure of 100 MPa is required. The pump is supplied with a 1,500 mm pressure hose, quick coupling, nipple and Z pressure gauge. The pump is also filled with SKF's z-installation hydraulic fluid LHMF 300 and comes with an additional 1 liter of hydraulic fluid as a reserve. Special pump designs are also available (729124 A) for applications such as AOH sleeves where quick couplings or nipples cannot be used due to space constraints.
