About This Product

Depending on the usage conditions, such as when a simple and reliable automatic lubrication/lubrication system is required under various temperature conditions, where there is vibration, where installation space is limited, or where it is used in a hazardous environment. The SKF TLSD series is ideal when location installation is required.

■Features

-Uses SKF lubricant developed for bearings. ・Discharge amount is not affected by temperature. ・Maintains maximum discharge pressure of 5 bar until the end of discharge. ・Flexible discharge amount setting. ・Visual inspection is possible due to the transparent container. ・Displays the status of this device with red, yellow, and green LEDs. -A battery pack is included in the refill set. ・Special specifications for low temperatures are also available. ・A support flange is included to strengthen the mounting part. - Suitable for both direct installation and installation in a remote location.

・Important machinery that requires extremely high reliability and monitoring. ・Use in places with limited installation space or in dangerous places. ・Machines that require a relatively large amount of lubricant. ・LED status display Green LED (every 30 seconds): OK Yellow LED (every 30 seconds): Advance warning, low battery level Yellow LED (every 5 seconds): Advance warning, high discharge pressure Red LED (every 5 seconds): Warning, stop due to malfunction Red LED (every 2 seconds): Warning, cartridge empty
