About This Product

With its spring-loaded arm and robust design, the SKF patented EasyPull is the easiest and safest tool to use. The ergonomically designed spring-loaded arm allows you to place the puller on the back of the part in one operation. SKF Easy Pull is available in mechanical and hydraulically supported versions, as well as complete sets that also include a tri-section pull-out plate and a puller protection cover.

■Safe and easy bearing extraction

Robust design allows you to work safely in rugged applications ・The unique spring-loaded release mechanism in the form of a red ring allows the EasyPull to be set on the back of the component in one operation. - Self-locking mechanism reduces the risk of the puller coming off during pulling operations. Two hex nuts allow for easy pull-out force ・Automatic centering function and nosepiece reduce shaft damage ・Improve time efficiency with quick extraction ・Choose from 3 sizes with maximum pulling force of 60kN, 80kN, and 120kN. Hydraulic spindle TMHS series is available as an option for 80kN and 120kN specifications.

■Quick and easy bearing extraction

- Hydraulic cylinder and pump puller are pre-assembled, so there is no need to purchase separate parts. ・Safety valve prevents damage to spindle and puller body from overload. ・The center point of the hydraulic spindle spring allows for easy setting to the center of the shaft, reducing damage to the shaft. ・TMMA100H has a maximum pulling force of 100kN and a maximum stroke of 80mm, so it can be used for many pulling operations. The TMMA75H has a maximum pulling force of 75 kN and a maximum stroke of 75 mm, making it ideal for light pulling operations. ・With extension piece and nose piece
