About This Product

It efficiently separates mist (droplets) and solids in order to recover active ingredients contained in gas and protect equipment in the line such as turbines and compressors. Based on the extensive know-how and delivery track record we have accumulated over the past 50 years, we will propose the most suitable separator (separator) with a custom design.

■Multi cyclone separator

A large capacity separator that removes liquids and solids.

■Applications

・Natural gas transportation line ・Coke oven gas line

■Performance

Separates 99.99% of mist with a particle size of 8μm or more and 99.99% of solids with a particle size of 5μm or more.

■Principles and features

Multiple cyclones are installed, and the mist and solids in the gas that enters the cyclones are separated by centrifugal force and fall into the drain section at the bottom as they rotate. It has a self-cleaning function that does not require cleaning liquid, and can process large amounts of large mist and solid matter. Maintenance is easy, requiring only periodic blowdowns to remove trapped solids.
