About This Product

As air pollution has become a social issue, harmful gases such as SOx (sulfur oxides), NOx (nitrogen oxides), and HCl (hydrogen chloride gas) emitted from business establishments are subject to strict regulations. Drawing on the extensive know-how and delivery track record we have accumulated over the past 40 years as an "exhaust gas treatment expert," we provide custom design, installation, and after-sales service for exhaust gas treatment equipment that meets increasingly sophisticated needs.

■Exhaust gas desulfurization equipment

SO2 (sulfur oxides) in exhaust gas generated from power generation boilers, diesel engines, etc. is absorbed and removed using an alkaline agent. As the alkali agent, we mainly use inexpensive magnesium hydroxide, and we have many deliveries not only in Japan but also to China, Korea, Taiwan, and other Asian countries.

■Performance

・Desulfurization efficiency: 95-99% ・Dust removal efficiency: 90% or more ・Wastewater COD concentration: 20ppm or less (COD target due to sulfite ions)

■Applications

Flue gas desulfurization for heavy oil/coal-fired boilers, biomass boilers, diesel engines, cupolas, and kilns
