About This Product

This is a filtration device with a square leaf/star element set inside a vertical tank. Suitable for wastewater treatment, chemical, and food applications.

■Characteristics of ABC type

- Simple structure. Easy to automate and can be operated unmanned. -Easy maintenance as there is no driving part. ・Completely sealed structure allows use in volatile atmospheres. -Uses a resin filtration element with excellent corrosion resistance. ・The effective area of ​​the filtration element is large, requiring a small installation space. ・Instant cake peeling using split back blow method. ・Less utility.

■ABC type functions

The stock solution that is pressurized into the filtration tank passes through the filter cloth and the liquid passage hole at the bottom of the element, ascends the hollow pipe, and is recovered as filtrate. The cake deposited on the filter cloth is removed instantly by drawing out the residual liquid in the filter tank, dehydrating it, and then back-blowing it from the liquid collecting pipe side. The peeled cake is discharged from the cake outlet at the bottom of the filtration tank as a dehydrated cake.
