About This Product

The VD series Ver.C is a rotary vane type (2 stage) direct drive oil rotary vacuum pump. The two-stage rotary vane structure allows for good ultimate pressure, and the optimized design results in a low-noise pump. This vacuum pump has a wide range of optional specifications and can be used for a wide range of applications.

■Features

・Continuous high suction pressure, repeatable evacuation to atmosphere possible ・Adoption of forced lubrication method using oil pump

■Adoption of hydraulic oil anti-suck

This machine is equipped with an oil anti-suck to minimize the backflow of oil into the cylinder and ease the load when restarting the pump. Therefore, you can use it without worrying about unexpected power outages or troubles caused by stopping the vacuum pump without returning the intake side to atmospheric pressure, such as pump oil flowing back into the cylinder and making restarting difficult.

■Designed with maintenance in mind

Equipped with a large oil cap for easy refueling, an oil level gauge that allows you to check the remaining oil level from multiple directions, and an oil drain valve for easy oil changes. Furthermore, the structure allows maintenance to be performed without having to remove the motor wiring or suction side piping when overhauling or repairing the pump.

■Compatible with CE and cTUVus

Conforms to CE standards and can be used in European Union countries and the European Economic Area. It has also acquired the cTVUus standard, so it can be used with confidence in North America.

■Using ULVAC's original high-efficiency (IE3) multi-voltage motor

Motor production in Japan has been standardized to high-efficiency motors (IE3), and imports of individual motors are also regulated under (IE3). In addition, in China, the "China Energy Efficiency Label Implementation Regulations" have been enacted and are currently revised to GB3 class (GB18613-2012). It is equipped with a motor manufactured by an ULVAC group company that meets these efficiency standards.
