■Features

・Even if you use it in an office or quiet laboratory, you won't be bothered by the operating noise. ・There is no need to dispose of oil leaking from the vacuum pump. - There is no need to worry about oil flowing back into the equipment and contaminating the equipment.

■Precautions for use

1.Vacuum pump oil deteriorates with operation, causing poor performance. Please check the oil level and dirt regularly and replenish or replace it. 2. The backflow prevention valve mechanism prevents pump oil from flowing back into the vacuum chamber in emergencies such as power outages. When stopping for a long time, return the vacuum side to atmospheric pressure. 3. Oil mist from the exhaust port is generated especially near atmospheric pressure. Not suitable for continuous operation at high suction pressures of 4.5kPa or higher. 5. If the pump is operated with the exhaust port blocked or a device that obstructs the passage of gas attached to the exhaust port side, there is a risk of rupture. 6.The overload protection device of this motor is automatic return type. 7. If the overload protection device is activated during vacuum pump operation, operation will automatically resume once the temperature of the motor windings has decreased. To prevent accidents, unplug the power plug immediately if the overload protection device is activated.
