About This Product

Nano-resolution piezo positioning stages are linear piezo positioning platforms with through-holes that allow payloads to be moved with nanometer precision. Nano-resolution piezo positioning stages have high reliability and resolution, excellent linearity and planarity of movement, and higher mechanical strength. Mainly used in microscope stepping movements, etc., to achieve fast steps and stable movements to improve the resolution of optical systems. This includes applications in optical systems, such as camera imaging process technology and biological recognition technology. Another distinctive feature is that there is a large through hole in the center. This allows better optical path conditions to be provided to the optical system. Nano-resolution piezo positioning stages are primarily used to align and align translucent precision optical devices, and are used in conjunction with microscopes and analytical instruments for alignment and measurement. This includes applications such as scanning probe microscopy (e.g. atomic force microscopy), nanopositioning, metrology, biological research, microelectronics, micromanipulation, and precision control. The P15 piezo positioning stage is a fast, highly accurate 2D and 3D translation and nanopositioning table with an extremely high degree of straightness. A 66x66mm through-hole in the center makes them suitable for transmitted light applications such as near-field scanning, confocal microscopy, and mask positioning.
