About This Product

Nano-resolution piezo positioning stages are linear piezo positioning platforms with through-holes that allow payloads to be moved with nanometer precision. Nano-resolution piezo positioning stages have high reliability and resolution, excellent linearity and planarity of movement, and higher mechanical strength. Mainly used in microscope stepping movements, etc., to achieve fast steps and stable movements to improve the resolution of optical systems. This includes applications in optical systems, such as camera imaging process technology and biological recognition technology.
