About This Product

Nano-resolution piezo positioning stages are linear piezo positioning platforms with through-holes that allow payloads to be moved with nanometer precision. Nano-resolution piezo positioning stages have high reliability and resolution, excellent linearity and planarity of movement, and higher mechanical strength. Mainly used in microscope stepping movements, etc., to achieve fast steps and stable movements to improve the resolution of optical systems. This includes applications in optical systems, such as camera imaging process technology and biological recognition technology. Another distinctive feature is that there is a large through hole in the center. This allows better optical path conditions to be provided to the optical system. The P15.XYZ300S/K-C2 Piezo Positioning Stage is a 3-axis piezo positioning stage with up to 310 μm of travel per axis and a large through hole in the center that is ideal for transmitted light applications.
