About This Product

Uses a highly rigid steel honeycomb surface plate. Adopting a three-dimensional air spring, it has performance comparable to a large vibration isolation table. It can also be installed in clean rooms. (Since the top and bottom surfaces of the honeycomb surface plate are processed before forming, there is no residual cutting oil or chips inside, resulting in a very clean finish.) Options include a central exhaust port, BA stainless steel sides, and shield processing ( Fall prevention bottom structure) is also available.
