■Building material durability: [fatigue]

We provide customers with equipment for investigating the mechanical durability of building materials, including fatigue testers that apply repeated stress to building panels such as ALC, equipment that performs in-plane shear tests on load-bearing walls for wooden buildings, and tile bending testers. We design and manufacture various types according to your wishes.

■100kN in-plane shear tester

・Product number: MIE-279-1-00 ・Measures the in-plane shear strength and in-plane shear rigidity of structural frames such as architectural panels and wooden structures. ・Equipped with a mechanism that performs repeated tests and destructive tests when the deformation angle is positive or negative under automatic control. ・Data recording and analysis is possible under computer control.

■Features

・Precise stroke control possible with servo motor system ・The actuator height can be adjusted using a manual winch, reducing the effort required to set the test specimen. ・Support the test specimen set with a chain block at the top of the frame ・Highly rigid jig suppresses out-of-plane deformation of the test specimen
