■Building material durability: Freeze-thaw

・This is a device that repeatedly freezes and thaws building finishing materials to check their resistance to frost damage. ・In addition to the underwater freezing/underwater thawing and air freezing/underwater thawing test methods, it is also possible to design a system that combines a variety of test functions, such as shower melting tests, single-sided water absorption tests, and hot/cool cycling tests.

■Hot/cool cycling tester

・Product number: MIT-692-3-51/52 ・This is a device that can perform the "hot and cold cyclic testing" of architectural finishing coating materials as stipulated by IS A 6909. ・It can also be used for JIS A 1435 "Air Freezing and Underwater Thawing Method" tests. ・By stacking the test tank and water tank on top of each other, heat loss during constant temperature water circulation during ``melting'' is reduced, and pump power is also reduced. ・In addition, the lid of the aquarium can be opened upward for easy maintenance, and it also doubles as a step stool, making it very convenient. ・In addition, the motor for the cold air circulation fan is separated, making maintenance easy.

■Features

・During "underwater melting": Unique upper and lower double-layered tank structure circulates constant temperature water from the water tank directly below the test tank, eliminating heat loss. ・During "air freezing": Hot water returns from the test tank to the water tank by natural fall, saving energy for circulation. ・The fan motor for cold air circulation is externally mounted, so there is less trouble and easy maintenance. ・Easy operation with touch panel ・Self-diagnosis function provides peace of mind even when trouble occurs ・Direct circulation structure achieves stable temperature distribution
