- The lever ratio is designed to be 28.27:1 to match the cross-sectional area of ​​the specimen 28.27cm2, so a weight with the same mass as the applied load per 1cm2 can be suspended, eliminating the need for stress calculations.
・In addition, since the suspended weight is smaller than that of a normal consolidation tester, the work is easier, and the shock applied to the hanger is also small, with almost no effect on the specimen.
・The design also takes into account operability and durability.
・There are three load types: standard type (1255kN/m2) and two heavy weight types (2510/5020kN/m2).

■Features・The lever ratio is 28.27:1, so there is no need to calculate stress, and the weight is small, making work easy.
・There is a counterweight adjustment lever on the top so that the weight of the compound lever mechanism does not affect the specimen.
- Designed so that all operations and work can be done only from the front, making it easy to operate and can be installed in any location.
・After loading, the dial gauge for measuring the amount of settlement does not change even if the handle is operated during the test.
・The sample container stand can be raised by approximately 20 mm using the front handle, making it easy to adjust the zero point when setting the sample, reducing work time.
・The main body frame is designed to be rigid, and the sample container stand is also reinforced to prevent distortion from long-term use.
