・This device is a 4-cell system with a wide specimen width of φ50 to 75 mm, and each cell is an independent loading system that allows test settings and loading start for each specimen, making it possible to efficiently process a wide range of triaxial tests. Designed.
・In order to improve data accuracy, the loading frame is made of 6 pillars to achieve zero deflection in the center, and a displacement meter is installed in each cell.
・In addition, the triaxial cell outer cylinder is automatically raised (using an air cylinder), and the cell itself is also smaller, saving labor and space.
・Manually controlled type (axis loading is automatic) and parts replacement is easy.

■Features・Wide range of applicable specimen sizes: φ50×100mm/φ60×120mm/φ75×150mm
・Since each cell is an independent loading type, loading can be started for each specimen and test settings can be adjusted.
・The loading frame is a 6-post type, so there is no deflection in the center, and the data accuracy is high.
・Detailed data can be collected by installing a displacement meter in each cell.
・The 3-axis cell outer cylinder automatically rises (using an air cylinder), improving test preparation work efficiency.
・Control other than shaft loading is manual, reducing costs such as parts replacement.
