- When a direct current is applied to both sides of a concrete specimen sandwiched between a solution containing chloride ions and a solution not containing chloride ions, the negatively charged chloride ions pass through the pores of the concrete and electrophoresis toward the anode.
・When the rate of increase in the chloride ion concentration on the anode side reaches a certain level, the chloride ions in the pores are assumed to be in a steady state, and based on the transfer flux at that time, the electrochemical law (Nernst-Planck Calculate the effective diffusion coefficient by applying the following formula:
-This device is a device that performs tests in accordance with the Japan Society of Civil Engineers standard (draft) JSCE-G 571-2003 and automatically records the test status.
-Recorded elements are potential difference, current value, cathode side solution temperature, and anode side solution temperature. (The chloride ion concentration on the cathode and anode sides must be measured separately using a salinity meter, etc.)
