About This Product

■Achieves quantitative impact excitation. As a countermeasure to problems that cannot be solved with general vibration tests. For improving the reliability of impact inspection.

"Quantitative vibration exciter" is a vibration exciter that can stably apply arbitrary impact force to the target object. Since the variation in impact force for each excitation is extremely small, quantitative impact inspection can be achieved. It is easy to use, lightweight and compact, so it can be used in a variety of situations.

■Recommended for these people

・Those who are considering impact testing for problems that cannot be solved with general vibration testing machines. ・Those who want to improve the reliability of impact testing without variations among testers ・Those who are considering automating and saving labor for impact tests that previously relied on experienced personnel. Features

■Possible to test with accelerations of 400G or more, assuming vibrations caused by falling.

Testing in high vibration ranges exceeding 400G is possible by adjusting the way the object is attached and the swinging angle of the striking weight. Of course, it also supports vibrations as low as several G. Therefore, it is possible to conduct tests that assume the acceleration applied to the connector in a wide range of actual usage scenarios.

■Small and lightweight, easy to install. 2-directional blows downward and sideways

It is smaller and lighter than normal vibration testing machines, and can be easily installed at the impact position. In addition, it can hit from both directions, downward and sideways, so it can also hit large, difficult-to-move objects.

■Using realistic vibrations, you can discover troubles that occur while using the device.

The vibrations transmitted by hitting with a hammer are damped waves similar to the vibrations experienced by actual equipment. Therefore, it may lead to the discovery of problems that may occur during actual use of the equipment, which cannot be found with normal vibration testers such as sine waves and random waves.

■By preventing double tapping, it is possible to repeat accurate excitation according to settings.

Equipped with "double-strike prevention function" (patented). With normal vibration methods using hammers, etc., after the first impact, the object bounces while attenuating the impact force, which results in vibrations other than the set acceleration. Quantitative vibration exciters only excite at the initially set acceleration, making it possible to repeatedly conduct highly accurate tests.

■Excitation timing can be controlled by host control equipment

There is an input/output port for the vibration trigger, so the vibration timing of the quantitative vibration exciter can be controlled from the host device. It can be used by incorporating it as part of a system such as a production line.
