About This Product

■It is a unit-type mount that can accommodate solar modules from various manufacturers.

This is a unit-type mount exclusively for ground installation, with 4 stages and 4 rows (16 panels) and a 20 degree inclination angle. It is economical because it has unified standards, and the construction period can be shortened due to its ease of construction. Features

■Unit type mount

This is a unit type solar mount with 4 stages and 4 rows (16 panels) / 20 degree tilt angle for ground installation only.

■Pre-cut delivery

・Manufactured in an ISO9001 certified factory. ・Based on the installation drawings, all parts are cut to size before being delivered to the site. ・As it uses a lightweight steel base, it is lightweight and has excellent workability. - Made of highly corrosion-resistant hot-dipped steel plate that can withstand outdoor use.

■Quick delivery

This eliminates the need for site-by-site design and enables short delivery times.

■Cost performance

Excellent cost performance due to unified standards.

■Workability

- Simple construction allows for efficient construction even without specialized skills. ・We can expect construction capacity of 15kW or more per person per day. ・The foundation for fixing the frame can be either concrete foundation or pile foundation. Pile foundations (Sunlight Spike) are also available.

■Design specification conditions

・For ground installation only ・Standard wind speed 36m/s or less ・Vertical snowfall amount less than 40cm ・Ground surface roughness classification III ・Horizontal seismic intensity coefficient 1

■Strength verification

We will make proposals that pursue safety at our own technical research institute. *Load calculations are based on JIS C 8955.

■Construction

We also perform installation work for pedestals upon request.
