About This Product

Yamamoto's original "vertical cone type" bag tearing machine. The glass bottle inside the collection bag has a structure that makes it difficult to break, contributing to improving the collection yield of recyclables and improving worker safety.

■Product overviewBeverage container collection bags containing a mixture of bottles, cans, and PET bottles are broken using the ``vertical cone type'' that puts less stress on the contents. We have solved the problems faced by existing bag tearing machines while taking into consideration the safety of on-site workers and ease of maintenance.

■Improving recovery yield of recyclablesThe load placed on the contents is low and the glass bottle has a structure that makes it difficult to break, increasing the percentage of glass bottles that can be recycled.

■Improving safety in post-processingIn addition to having a structure that prevents the glass bottle from breaking, it is also equipped with a screen that separates fine foreign matter, reducing the chance of glass fragments and other foreign matter entering the subsequent process. This improves the safety of on-site workers and prevents wear and tear on equipment.

■Easy maintenanceThe side cover can be expanded in 4 directions/360°, making it easy to remove the bag wrapped around the inside and perform maintenance.

■Energy saving/cost savingAlthough it has a processing capacity of 12 to 24m3 per hour (variable), the required power is only 0.75kW (three-phase 200V).

■Easy and simple operation for anyoneNormal operations can be done simply by pressing a single button. Anyone can work easily.

■Safety design to prevent accidentsDesigned to prevent limbs from reaching dangerous areas. A safety switch is used to completely stop the equipment and prevent it from starting when the cover is open.

recycling flow
■Putting in a collection bagLoad the beverage container collection bag into the hopper using a bucket fork or conveyor belt. Processing capacity is 12 to 24 m3 per hour (variable). The input port sign bar and hopper guide frame provide excellent visibility of the input port.

■Broken bagSet the bag tearing speed (can be set in 4 stages) and press the operation switch to start bag tearing. When the cone shaft rotates and the collection bag is rotated by the winding guide, the bag tearing pin protruding from the casing tears the collection bag.

■Discharge/sortingThe contents (bottles, cans, PET bottles, etc.) that come out of the torn collection bag fall onto the drain board and are carried to the discharge port by a scraper. Liquids and small foreign objects are screened on the drain board and discharged through the drain chute.
