About This Product

Based on the experience with the MM450N, we have developed a dancer winding system in which a TCF1000X-like pulley moves up and down. In order to process wires such as AV wires that have more than 1,000 m of turns in bundles, it is necessary to be concerned about the speed of the machine and the tangles of the wires, making it difficult to increase the speed of the machine as desired. This is a machine that you should definitely consider. After electrically winding a bundle of wires with an outer diameter of Φ450mm or less on a P30 bobbin while aligning them, it is used as a feeding device for bobbin-wound wires. It is particularly effective in processing thin wires in fully automatic terminal crimping machines that operate at high speeds. By winding the bundled wire onto a bobbin, there is no twisting characteristic that occurs with machines that take the bundled wire from the inside. In addition, electric wires are especially effective for objects with strong surface friction, and because there is no tangle or bundle collapse due to hanging, production rates are increased and less time and wires are wasted.
