About This Product

■Product overviewThe dry ice blast cleaning system is a device system that removes and cleans foreign objects with high precision by jetting finely ground dry ice grains as a blasting material (projection material) at high speed and colliding with the target object.

It does not leave scratches or deformation marks on the surface of the object, does not require large-scale disassembly and assembly of the object, and even if the object is at high temperature, it can be processed without waiting for the temperature to drop. Additionally, the dry ice used for cleaning sublimes (vaporizes) and diffuses into the air, so no blasting waste is generated.

■Peeling effect due to the characteristics of dry ice- Foreign matter such as oil stains or paint adheres to the object to be cleaned (base material).
・Dry ice blasting causes the object to shrink due to heat (thermal shock) and easily peel off. Furthermore, along with the physical effect of the collision, the volume expands due to sublimation of the dry ice, and the dirt is removed.
・Dry ice sublimates into gas (carbon dioxide gas), and after peeling off, only the deposits remain.

■Crushing/nozzle technologyDepending on the purpose and target of cleaning, dry ice can be pulverized into the optimal blast shape such as "powder" or "pellet".

In addition, the blast nozzle uses a "cyclone nozzle" that rotates and projects the blast in a spiral, making it easier to concentrate the projected blast on the area you want to clean, allowing for efficient cleaning. You can.
