■About sterilization
・Autoclave: 121℃・20 minutes・15psig (103.4kPa)
・Depending on the chemical, even if there is no abnormality at room temperature, the material may deteriorate at autoclave temperature, so we recommend cleaning with distilled water before autoclaving to prevent chemical residue from adhering. Remove the lid completely before autoclaving.
・Gas: ethylene oxide, formaldehyde
・Dry heat: 160℃・120 minutes
・Radiation: Gamma ray irradiation ・2.5 Mrad (25kGy)
・Bactericides: benzalkonium chloride, formalin, ethanol, etc.
■About strength
Plastic is less likely to break than glass, but it may become more susceptible to breakage depending on temperature conditions, sterilization conditions, etc. Please handle with care as it may be damaged if dropped from the tabletop.
