What is Aerofix?

■Next-generation vacuum chuck created by Nanotem's unique technology

Aerofix is ​​a vacuum chuck made of porous ceramics. Nanotem's unique ceramic sintering technology, which controls the eutectic reaction between the main agent and the auxiliary agent, produces unprecedented 2μm pores uniformly, achieving a porosity of 40% and achieving both lightness and strength. It can be used in dry environments, wet environments, and high temperature environments up to 150℃.

■Original technology that enables partial adsorption

Aerofix has achieved "partial suction" that can securely fix workpieces such as precision parts that only cover a portion of the suction surface. This is the result of 2μm pores created using Nanotem's unique material recipe that mixes with alumina and incineration technology. There is no need to change the chuck depending on the workpiece.

■Adsorption performance that protects precision work quality

Aerofix has fine and uniform pore diameters, which prevents deformation of the workpiece and prevents the suction power from decreasing due to dirt clogging. In addition, since it is completely sintered during the manufacturing process, there is no dust generated from the inside, which does not affect the usage environment and eliminates static electricity.
