Plain knitted copper wire is suitable for use as electrical conductors that require flexibility, such as connections in electrical equipment and ground wires. 

■Type/symbol・Flat-braided copper wire (BC) ......A wire made of annealed copper wire.
・Flat-braided tin-plated copper wire (TBC) ...Tin-plated annealed copper wire is used as the bare wire.

■QualityPlain braided wire is made from bundles of wires that are evenly and uniformly braided and laid flat, and must not have any defects that are harmful to practical use, such as noticeable misalignment, curling, or bending of the wires.

■ConfigurationThe size of the knitted wire is expressed by the nominal cross-sectional area (mm2). The tolerance of the cross-sectional area shall be within ±5% of the number of lines in the table.
