Izumi's air mechanical lock vise "AMV-1005W" has a compact design, but uses a wedge mechanism clamping method that allows it to clamp two workpieces at the same time. It has a unique built-in mechanical locking mechanism that locks internally when clamping, so the clamp will not loosen even if the air supply stops.
It is compatible with a variety of controls, and can be used with hand switches, foot switches, solenoid valves, etc. Furthermore, by using our product's stop valve, it is possible to disconnect from the air source, eliminating the need for complicated piping or rotary joints, so there is no need to think about how to route the air piping. In recent years, it has also been widely used as a clamping jig for automated systems that use robot hands to attach and detach workpieces.

The movable jaw (MJ) and fixed jaw (SJ) are self-cut and clamped according to the workpiece. Even if the workpiece changes, you can simply replace the cap, making it extremely economical.

By retracting the V fitting (WG), the movable jaw (MJ) slides to both sides at the same time, allowing the workpiece to be clamped on the left and right sides at the same time. Also, since the movable jaw (MJ) swings, it is possible to clamp up to 4 small workpieces, 2 on each side.
