About This Product

■Features

A transporter that has elements of a forklift and is ideal for loading and unloading at high locations. We cover a variety of needs with our extensive lineup, including standard types with a proven track record, economical types that keep costs down, manual hydraulic types, electric battery types, and self-propelled types.

■Easy to operate

・Quick lifting device (patented): When the load is light, the fork lift speed is increased by 2 to 3 times, improving work efficiency. It is a safety design that automatically switches to normal speed when a certain load is exceeded. (Installed on all manual power lifters except PL-H350-15) ・Soft-up mechanism (patented): A unique soft-up valve prevents cargo from collapsing. It is effective for work that requires fine adjustment and for loading and unloading unstable cargo. (Used for all battery-powered power lifters except economy type.) ・New feature FET chopper system (patented): The self-propelled power lifter uses the FET chopper system (electronically controlled continuously variable speed). You can freely adjust the running speed to achieve smooth running.

■Safety

・Parking brake: Safe and reliable strong brake supports operability and workability. (Equipped with all models except economy type.) ・Large transparent guard panel: A large transparent guard panel is used in front of the worker to ensure safety. The guard panel is made of PET material, which is environmentally friendly. ・Automatic load check bubble: When the maximum load capacity is exceeded, the lift stops rising. Prevents overloading and protects workers and products.

■Maintainability

- On-board charger: The battery-powered power lifter can be easily charged with an automatic charger. A lamp will notify you of the charging status. (AC100V power supply, 2m cord reel included) ・LED indicator: You can check the remaining battery level at a glance. ・Battery bracket: Easy maintenance by changing the position of the bracket. (AC100V power supply, 2m cord reel included)

■Self-propelled power lifter SU

- Adopts new feature FET chopper system (electronically controlled stepless speed change), allowing you to freely set the running speed. Achieved smooth running. - Soft driving feeling thanks to the adoption of puncture-free tires that are gentle on the floor. - Comes with a safety switch to ensure worker safety. - All models come standard with caster covers. ・W mast type with maximum lifting height of 2,150mm is also available.
