About This Product

■Overview: Design and maintenance of concrete surfaces

As a load-bearing and shape-giving element, concrete is part of the design and determines the architectural effectiveness of the building. Its surface finish is one of the biggest challenges in building technology and an important element of architecture. Concretar Lasua emphasizes and maintains the character of concrete and protects the surface from the elements. Transparency can be adjusted using a special diluent.

■Application

・Concrete exterior walls and interior. -This paint cannot be used on floors or roofs. *Can only be diluted with the special diluent Concretal Fixative (Dillution).

■About the product

Concretar Lasua is a silicate-based paint for indoor and outdoor concrete walls. It protects the exposed concrete surface and at the same time creates a finish that takes advantage of the texture of the concrete.

■Applicable location

Concrete walls indoors and outdoors. It cannot be used on horizontal or diagonal surfaces such as floors or roofs.

■Product features

Concretar Lasua protects concrete surfaces from harsh weather and atmospheric pollutants. It creates a calm matte finish without sacrificing the texture of concrete. It can also cover surface stains and color differences caused by repairs. Diluting it with Concretal Fixative will give it even more clarity.

Moisture resistance Sd value = 0.02m Specific gravity 1.20g/cm3 *Sd value = Difficulty in passing moisture expressed by length

■Tools

Brush/roller/airless spray. A spray gun can also be used.

■Drying time

Allow at least 12 hours drying time after the first coat.

■Guideline for usage amount

For coloring (2 coats) ・Concretal Lasua 0.25 liters/m2 ・Concretal Fixative 0.04 liters/m2
