About This Product

ZEXUS (formerly SENQCIA) stainless steel roller chain is a chain made from 300 class stainless steel. Suitable for use in acidic or alkaline atmospheres, locations exposed to water, and special environments such as low and high temperatures.

■Structure

A roller chain consists of parts such as link plates, pins, bushes, and rollers. Role of parts

■Link plate (outer plate/inner plate)

- Ensures strength as a tensile member when tension is applied to the chain. - Has sufficient fatigue strength and toughness to withstand repeated loads and impact loads during use.

■Pin

・Similar to link plates, it has the strength to act as a tensile member when tension is applied to the chain, as well as the strength to withstand bending, shearing force, and impact force. ・It also has wear resistance because the bush and the outer surface of the pin slide during operation.

■Push

- Has a bearing function with the pin, and has wear resistance on both the inner and outer surfaces. - Has crushing strength that can withstand impact loads.

■Lola

- Impact force is generated when it engages with the sprocket during operation, so it has the impact resistance and crushing force to withstand this force. - The rollers slide and rotate, making them wear-resistant.

■Cotter pin/clip

Used in joints to prevent outer plates from falling off during operation.
