■Summary

■What is GriStar SP?

・GriStar SP can grind 10 types of cutting tools including drills, stepped drills, end mills, taps, and reamers. ・In the GriStar series, it has a highly rigid body that enables grinding of large diameter tools. ・Furthermore, the total tool length can be up to 450mm, making it possible to grind long tools. ・By modifying the main body, it is possible to handle even longer tools.

・GriStar SP can be used by any user due to its easy-to-read screen operation and easy tool installation. ・Fully automatic grinding also ensures stable accuracy.

■Starts immediately without programming

・GriStar SP can store data for over 5,000 tools. Saved tool data can be easily recalled by touching the screen. - It is also possible to manage data by dividing it into folders for each purpose, dramatically increasing data retrieval efficiency. ・In addition, a one-chuck method is used for tool installation, so tool installation can be easily completed in a short time without the need for special tools.

■CNC 5-axis control enables craftsmanship grinding that requires skilled skills.

By performing CNC 5-axis control, the degree of freedom of movement is higher than that of GriStar Multi Evolution, and more advanced tool grinding is possible.

■Equipped with high precision sensor

The tool detection system using a uniquely designed stylus improves measurement accuracy and grinding accuracy.
