About This Product

■ Lithium ion battery and outside temperature

Lithium -ion batteries tend to increase internal low resistance under low temperature and decrease capacity. Therefore, it is necessary to warm the battery in cold regions.

■ Lithium -ion battery temperature control system for EV LLC heating heater

The Company has developed a high -efficient LLC heating device consisting of a high -efficiency by sandwiching a PTC with its own double -sided electrode between two heat dissipation. By circulating the heated LLC around the lithium -ion battery, fully charging is achieved even at low temperatures.

■ Differentiation by double -sided electrode structure

As shown in Fig. 1, the conventional PTC heater had a solid electrode on the surface of the element and powered it from there. Therefore, there was a drawback that the heating point was generated inside, and the temperature of the surface did not rise due to the flow of the current. In addition, the side of the heat dissipation plate that wanted to extract the heat did not become hot, and the surface on the other side became high, making it difficult to output, but as shown in Fig. 2, our combination electrode PTC shows both elements. By providing a pain -type electrode on the surface, the heat dissipation surface and the fever surface are the same, and heat can be taken out efficiently.
