About This Product

San -e -cons' "rust prevention agents" have a variety of mill specs equivalent from short -term temporary rust prevention to long -term rust prevention agents according to rust prevention purposes. Depending on the application, you can also select water replacement, vaporization, water -soluble, etc. There are three main ways to prevent "rust". ・ How to block the surface from the environment ・ How to improve the environment to save ・ Use of corrosion -resistant materials The rust prevention agent that we handle is a rust prevention protection method included in the "method of blocking the surface from the environment". Unlike the case of ordinary lubricating oil, rust preventive oils show a strong adsorption force of the polar base of the work surface (a surfactant having a polar group as a chemical substance). It shows strong rust prevention performance because it can block the entry of corrosion factors and hinder invasion on the work surface. A typical performance of rust stop oil is a water -changing effect. In order to effectively use rust stop oil, the metal surface should be washed and then treated with rust -prevention oil, but in fact after pre -cleaning with a solvent, the solvent evaporated heat for the solvent. The temperature drops and the moisture in the air condenses. In addition, when processing is performed by water -soluble processing oil in the previous process, the metal surface is naturally wet with water. In such a case, when applying rust -prevented oil, the property of removing water from the metal surface (water replacement) is required. Our CPC products are JIS classification NP-3-1 and 2 water-replaced rust-type oils.
