About This Product

■ Rubber masking agent with excellent heat resistance, acid resistance, and alkaline resistance

The coating is tough and can be easily peeled off by hand after processing such as plating. Please note that the product GHS label precautionary note when using it. Because it is a 1 -liquid type, only the required amount can be applied, and it is easy to manage the liquid. Excellent heat resistance, acid resistance, and alkaline resistance. After the plating, it will be carbonized, but the masking effect will be demonstrated.

■ Main use and achievements

Masking of nickel -plated, electric plating, molten zinc plating, alumite, chemical polishing, electrolytic polishing, electrolytic processing, chemical processing. * Molten zinc plating is masking, but it requires a physical removal method to burn and carbonize. Others: Plating jig coating, rust prevention agent (coating blocks air), masking for metal -resistant testing.

■ Usage

Breakatimetic / immersed (dip) material should be blasted and then applied. The number of applications is 1-3 times, but we recommend multiplying the masking effect and making it easier to peel off after use. * After the front coating surface is dry, apply it overnut. Leave at least 2 hours of natural drying after applying. In the case of forced drying, process at least one hour or more, and after drying enough, 20 to 30 minutes at 70 ° C.

■ Precautions for use

Since there is a high fire, apply the application work at a place where there is no fire and fever (equipment, etc.). To contain organic solvents, wear protective masks, protective glasses, and protective equipment such as rubber gloves. Please be careful about ventilation and ventilation at the work place.
