About This Product

■Summary

USM Go+ has an ergonomic, lightweight and compact design, and is IP67 rated for ruggedness. Adopts a user interface similar to USM/USN, allowing intuitive operation. It can also be used for ultrasonic testing in all industrial fields, including aircraft, power plants, automobiles, and the oil and gas industry. Main features

■Designed for portability

・Ideal for inspecting narrow spaces or places that are difficult to enter ・Compact design, weighs only 850g (including battery) ・Battery operation 6 hours (battery can be charged while attached to the main unit)

■Easy operation with easy-to-use key types

- All menu selections and setting value adjustments can be made using keys, allowing one-handed operation. ・Switching function that can be operated with both left and right hands ・Customized software functions can be assigned to function keys 1 or 2 according to user settings. ・The gain key is independent, so you can easily increase or decrease the gain.

■JIS-DAC function (JIS Z 3060-2002 compliant)

Conforms to JIS Z 3060, making it easy to create echo height division lines

■DAC/TCG function (ASME/EN standard compliant)

DAC line can be selected from straight or curved. Also, the custom offset function allows you to display up to 4 offsets.

■Waveform recording function

This function is useful for important inspections and training where you want to record the A-Scope as a video. Can be played on the main unit or PC

■Bevel skip point color display function

Skip points are displayed in different colors to improve visibility.

■Data management, report creation

・All data can be saved on standard SD card (up to 16GB) ・Measurement results can be saved in JPG or BMP format, and all flaw detection conditions can be saved on the SD card, so no data transfer software or cables are required. ・You can also connect the USM Go+ main unit to a PC using a USB cable. ・Measurement result report content can be selected from two types: A scope only or A scope/flaw detector settings. ・Using the file preview function, you can check the measurement results (JPG/BMP) stored on the SD card on the main unit. ・You can create new comments for the header/memo of JPG/BMP files saved as measurement results on your PC or the main unit.
