It is also extremely durable and has been designed with an ergonomic design. It is equipped with innovative functions that can be used as an ultrasonic flaw detector to help non-destructive inspectors around the world in their daily inspection work. Main features

■Large, easy-to-read color display screen

・The biggest feature of USM36 is that it is equipped with a large 7-inch screen with a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels. ・A scope can be displayed clearly, and full screen display is also available. ・The color of the screen display can be changed, making it easy to see waveforms even under direct sunlight, making it possible to accurately distinguish waveforms even when working for long periods of time.

■Simple and highly efficient operability

-Uses a large, easy-to-use dial for intuitive and efficient operation. - In addition to the home key and freeze key, by selecting the settings for each F-key, you can assign up to 4 as various software functions according to user settings, or each F-key can also be used as an arrow key. -Easy to set up each test. It shares the same interface as the USN/USM series products and can be operated intuitively.

■Main UT flaw detection functions

・Waveform recording function. A-Scope can be recorded as a video, which can be used for important inspections, education, etc. Playback can be done on the main unit or on a PC. ・AGT (Automatic Gate Threshold Tracking) function. When the echo height changes, the echo automatically follows the set gate threshold. ・AGC control function. If you set the maximum and minimum echo heights, AGC will automatically start when the settings are exceeded. ・Automatic calibration function/STB refraction angle measurement function.

■Data management, report creation

- Various data can be saved to a PC, etc. using a standard SD card or USB conversion cable to record, save, or share. Reports can be saved in BMP or JPG format. - VGA connection allows the display screen of the flaw detector to be displayed on an external monitor or projector, and can be used for screen sharing and training. ・Analog output is also possible.
