■SummaryIntroducing a high-end model of an ultrasonic thickness meter that can measure ultra-thin materials of tens of microns. Easy and highly reproducible measurements are possible just by applying the probe from one side.

■Main featuresCapable of measuring ultra-thin materials of tens of microns

■Thickness measurement of ultra-thin materials using high frequencySupports maximum frequency 125MHz. It is now possible to measure wall thicknesses of several tens of micrometers, which was previously difficult. The newly designed 125MHz probe M2104 uses three resin discs that utilize capillary action to hold the couplant (water) in the center of the probe surface. Achieved stable measurement despite high frequency.

■Measurement of each layer of multilayer materials and coatingsThe thickness of each layer up to 6 layers + the total of multiple selected layers can be measured in real time. It can be applied to multilayer coatings on base materials such as metals and resins, and to control the thickness of paint. It is also possible to display A/B scans simultaneously, allowing you to visually check the thickness of each layer.

■Inline compatibleWhen used in a production line, high-speed and stable measurements are especially required. The 72DLPLUS uses new and improved electrical circuitry and algorithms to achieve measurement rates up to 2KHz. In addition, it supports the following functions and specifications and supports use on production lines.

■Designed for a wide range of usage scenariosNot only does it have high environmental performance, but its lightweight and compact body and accessories such as straps allow it to be used in a variety of environments.
