About This Product

■SummarymicroPIMS® is a completely wireless, non-invasive corrosion/erosion ultrasound monitoring system. The device is battery-powered and provides long-distance sub-gigahertz wireless communication. Each microPIMS® sensor acquires data at user-set intervals and automatically sends it to webPIMS, a cloud-based web portal that allows analysis and trend analysis.

■Main features・5 years battery life with 1 data/week (Duracell CR123 battery)
・Uses LoRa-based 920MHz digital radio frequency
・Two models: dual oscillator type (maximum 135℃) and single oscillator type for high temperature (maximum 500℃)
・Built-in thermocouple for surface temperature that can be used for temperature compensation
・The wireless gateway can be connected to up to 1000 microPIMS® and has a practical communication distance of up to 1.6 km for industrial use.
・Wireless relay line through gateway.
・Can be installed temporarily or permanently.
・UL/CSA Class1Div.2,Gas GroupsA-D,T4 certification acquired
・High-temperature double vibrator installed under heat insulation material
・High-temperature double vibrator installed using a belt
・Newly designed clamp allows for easy and quick installation

■Usage example・When wall thickness data needs to be acquired frequently to monitor corrosion/erosion rates.

・Covering a large number of distributed measurement points using a simple installation jig
