About This Product

■Summary

The abrasive material is injected using compressed air produced by a compressor. There are three types of air blast: ``direct pressure type'', ``suction type'', and ``blower type''.They differ slightly depending on the material and shape, but air blast is suitable when spraying fine abrasive materials.

■Product description

- Direct pressure power allows cleaning without firing. - Easily cleans troublesome resin adhering to screws. ・A soft abrasive is sprayed from the nozzle at high speed, and the force used at that time peels off the resin attached to the screw surface. ・A dedicated machine that is an improved blast machine and specialized for screw cleaning. Utilizing the know-how we have cultivated in cleaning molds, we are able to efficiently clean only the resin that has adhered to the screws of injection molding machines without damaging them. ・Screw size does not matter. (The shape of the screw blade with a diameter of 5 to 150 mm and a length of 0 to ∞ does not matter.)

■Easy operation

Sprays abrasive material from the nozzle. To operate, just press the pedal and spray.

■Safety

・No organic solvents used. - Processing at room temperature. ・Because the pressure is around 0.5Mpa, you can work safely while wearing gloves. - The abrasive material is soft and will not damage the screw. There is no need to remove the plating.

■Space saving

Compact as the dust collector is integrated

■Economy

The abrasive material that is sprayed can be recycled and used. (With dust collector)

■Correspondence

Ideal for cleaning resins that generate strong corrosive gases
