About This Product

■Summary

The abrasive material is injected using compressed air produced by a compressor. There are three types of air blast: ``direct pressure type'', ``suction type'', and ``blower type''.They differ slightly depending on the material and shape, but air blast is suitable when spraying fine abrasive materials.

■Product description

・Can be used for both direct pressure circulation type and suction type discharge type. ・Multiple support including mold cleaning, nitride layer peeling, and foreign layer removal after electrical discharge machining. -Equipped with 3 types of nozzles (direct pressure ceramic Φ2.5, suction ceramic Φ7.0, direct pressure carbide Φ1.0) and can be used for different purposes. ・The Φ1.0 nozzle is pencil-shaped, making it ideal for fine processing. - Adopts a swing type that allows the table to be pulled out, making it easy to load and unload heavy workpieces. - Integrated dust collector saves space.
