About This Product

■Summary

The abrasive material is injected using compressed air produced by a compressor. There are three types of air blast: ``direct pressure type'', ``suction type'', and ``blower type''.They differ slightly depending on the material and shape, but air blast is suitable when spraying fine abrasive materials.

■Product description

・Suction type/direct pressure type ・Ceramic nozzle φ6mm~ ・With high performance cyclone separator ・Removes impurities that appear when grinding materials and products that are crushed during processing, ・A device that separates usable abrasive materials

■Features

・Compact with integrated dust collector ・Easy to use as the operator operates the nozzle ・Wet type (AH-8 type) is also available when processing parts that are sensitive to static electricity. ・Injection control with foot switch

■Processing

・Instead of chemical pretreatment for etching, mechanical satin finish can be applied to all metals. ・Easy to specify surface roughness and control particle size of abrasive material ・Can also be used for chemical polishing, electrolytic polishing pretreatment, painting, chemical conversion treatment, and plating pretreatment. ・Correcting hot water wrinkles in die casting, matting, and improving slipperiness after plating
