- Compact and simple body equipped with excellent mobility and high security functions to realize a clean hall system. ・Maintenance-free brush dust collection unit ・Newly developed “Squall Conveyance Unit” realizes a free hole design as desired ・Brushing can be completed within each island, providing the shortest supply route. ・Compact design compatible with super down islands ・It is possible to replenish the neighboring island and own island slot at the same time. - Equipped with a complete balance function that predicts medal shortages and allows you to immediately move medals to the required island. ・You can also select a “quiet type” that contributes to the hall environment (optional)

■Maintenance-free brush dust collection unit enables high quality medal quality

- The combination of the brush part and the small dust collection part achieves high-precision brushing performance while sucking the dust generated during brushing. ・Since it is maintenance-free, there is no need for daily cleaning of the device itself. We maintain high quality medals without stopping work.

■Brush part BDC-02

Built-in 6 brush rollers effectively brush the medals. It has a simple structure that allows for easy brush replacement.

■Small dust collection section KDC-02

A small dust collector sucks up the dust generated during brushing to prevent dirt from re-adhering to the medals.

■Squall conveyance unit with one rail realizes the desired hall design

The newly developed "Squall Transport Unit" allows the R Island transport line to be installed with a single rail. A supple squall belt with no steps allows for unprecedented flexibility in hole design.

■Enables free hole design

By adopting a squall belt that pursues a simple structure, it can flexibly accommodate all types of conveyor lines, including S-type, C-type, O-type, and L-type.

■Horizontal conveyance eliminates the occurrence of steps.

Previously, a combination of multiple rails caused a difference in level, but now it is possible to create an island layout using a single rail, making horizontal transport on R islands possible. Eliminates collisions between medals due to differences in level and achieves smooth medal transportation.
